how to make Rain Effect

Previuw:


1- Open a new document, or the thing that you want to put the effect, in this case i make a fast sig:



2- Now create a new layer and fill it whit black:



3- Go to Filter+Noise+Add Noise and configurate like this:



4- Go to Filter+Blur+Motion Blur and put it lie this:



5- Put the layer in Screen mode and press Ctrl+L, put like this:



6- Repite 2-5 steps 4 times:



7- Now we will work in Image Ready, (fast way ctrl+shift+m).
Make 4 frames and the first frame put like this:



The second like this:



The third like this:



And the ford like this:
